Description
Tae (foot) Kwon (fist) Do (way) means: "The Way of Kicking and Punching".
It uses powerful hand strikes, blocks, and kicks as a means of self-discipline, spiritual growth, physical conditioning, and self-defense. Tae Kwon Do develops the mind, body, and spirit, and encourages a balance of knowledge, strength and honesty.
Our Tae Kwon Do class is open to all ages and will allow each individual to progress at their own pace. Registration covers one full month of classes at the YMCA, as well as optional additional classes at other Christian Martial Arts practice locations throughout the month.
